Shipping Timeline

Prepaid orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 working days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Order Processing & COD Verification

For COD orders, our support team may reach out to confirm the order details. If we are unable to connect or receive a response within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled to avoid delivery inconvenience.

Return, Exchange & Replacement

All returns, exchanges, and replacements are handled as per our Return & Replacement Policy. We encourage customers to review the policy before placing an order, as refunds are not offered.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve issues fairly, a clear unboxing video is required for any concerns related to damaged, wrong, or missing products. The video should be recorded from the sealed package through the complete opening process.

Shipping Address Responsibility

We kindly request customers to provide accurate and complete delivery details while placing an order. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping. Refunds are not available in such cases.

Reshipping & Damage Disclaimer

If an order needs to be reshipped due to address issues or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may not be able to cover damages that occur during reshipping. However, if a manufacturing defect is identified, we will be happy to assist with a replacement after verification.
