Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered. All purchases made through our store are non-refundable, including situations where the customer changes their mind or does not like the product.

Product Exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with the watch after delivery, we offer an exchange to another product instead of a refund. Exchange requests must be raised on the same day of delivery, the product should be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, and it should be reshipped to us within 48 working hours. Return shipping and reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, we will be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Such issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve issues fairly and quickly, a clear unboxing video is required for any concerns related to damaged, wrong, or missing products. The video should be recorded from the sealed package and show the complete opening process.

Product Condition

Products sent back for exchange or replacement must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all included items. Products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for exchange or replacement.

Reporting Timeline

Requests related to exchange or replacement must be raised within the timeframes mentioned above. Requests received after the specified period may not be eligible for further assistance.
