Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it is processed and prepared for dispatch. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team may contact you to confirm the order details. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled to avoid delivery inconvenience.

Shipping Timeline

Prepaid orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on location, courier partner, or external factors.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are kindly requested to provide accurate and complete delivery details while placing an order. In case an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping. Refunds are not available in such cases.

Reshipping & Damage Disclaimer

If an order needs to be reshipped due to address issues or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may not be able to take responsibility for any damage that occurs during the reshipping process. However, if a manufacturing defect is identified, we will be happy to assist with a replacement after verification.

Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts before returning an order. Customers are requested to remain available and reachable during the delivery period to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
